Mullagh Sports Centre Gym is now running a number of calorie busting classes.
Try spinning - the ultimate cardiovascular workout which takes you up hills, accross flats and down mountains. Or Boxercise - a lively boxing style workout that offers an excellent stress busting experience. Try 20/20/20 the best of both with some toning thrown in too.
If you cant make the evening we also run aerobics and yoga in the mornings. There is something to suit all fitness levels and abilities so get in touch with us.

Ramor Theatre opened to the public in September 1999 and since then it has been a part of the cultural and artistic life in County Cavan being the only professional performance space in the county.
